Image

Images for fashion, art and culture, moving between campaigns, editorial and personal work. Art direction, photography and film share an interest in character, casting and composition.

Design

Visual identities, typography, publications and design systems. The work starts with the character of a composition, then considers how it holds across pages, objects and screens.

Code

Websites, software and interactive work. Code is used as a design material, shaping behaviour as closely as appearance. The work ranges from practical tools to environments that can be entered and explored.

WIRE_2026-07-21 · NEGATIVE SPACE · 21 JULY 2026 · SOFT LAUNCH

An autobiography with collision detection

A soft launch — the building is still under construction. The main gallery is now hung — seven works on the walls, BRASHY STUDIOS opened the archive, the permanent collections stand behind it, and the house drink is on the gallery table. The institution keeps the work nobody ordered: there is no brief. On view, unfinished, at negspc.intelligencematters.se.

A white Chevrolet Silverado in full side profile on a white studio sweep, its flank scraped and dented behind the cab — the damage in plain daylight.
COLLISION · THE HERO — THE CAR THE FOUNDER DROVE INTO THE REST OF HIS LIFE, LIT AS THE PRIMARY DOCUMENT

Every portfolio is an autobiography that has agreed not to say so. Negative Space withdraws the agreement. The founders' work — Brashy Studios, 2011 to 2020, Stockholm to New York to Los Angeles, and everything made under Studio Super Intelligence since — is laid down as terrain and handed to you with a movement key. The genre is not exhibition. The genre is the Künstlerroman, ported: the artist's novel with the reader's legs attached. Nobody takes the chapters in order, and the building holds no opinion about that.

The title is not a figure of speech. It is a car. The founder smashed it, and the wreck hangs as the hero of the main gallery, lit as evidence rather than as memory — the collision being the hour that ruled which of two available lives was going to be lived. Collision detection is the routine an engine runs so that a body cannot pass through a wall. It is also the most accurate description of a career anyone has offered. You do not steer an autobiography. You hit things, and the geometry holds.

A museum opens for a research lab that did not ask for one

Negative Space opens The Museum of Nous, a six-room project assembled from the public record of Nous Research. It is a gift, not a commission. Nous was not consulted and has not endorsed it. On view at negspc.intelligencematters.se.

The Museum of Nous is a six-room digital exhibition assembled from Nous’s public research record. It is an expanding gift, not a commission.

The museum begins where documentation changes temperature.

Since 2022, Nous Research has released models, datasets, papers and software into public view. It carried out a training run live over the open internet, with the loss curves and a map of participating hardware visible while it happened. It keeps a world simulator running. It also published the answer a model gave when asked who it was with no instructions at all. These things arrived as research. The museum receives them as cultural material.

Three rooms await separately accessioned wall works. Their numbers are already assigned.

Identity once had hardware

Five mass-market objects dated from 1997 to 2010, reconstructed at monumental scale and catalogued as evidence from a recently vanished culture.

Recent Archaeology begins one generation too early.

Nothing in the room is rare. Every specimen was manufactured in numbers large enough to disappear into daily life. Their disappearance is the material. A status handbag, a pocket music library, a writable disc, a dependent electronic organism and a hinged phone now stand on white plinths with accession numbers. The market has finished with them. The institution has only just begun.

The Brashy Room: One room refuses the white

Negative Space opens the Brashy Room, an evidence-led dark archive wall holding the complete record of Brashy Studios (2011–2020) — where proof only exists where the visitor carries the light. Open now inside negspc.intelligencematters.se.

THE BRASHY ROOM · THE DARK ARCHIVE EVIDENCE WALL · NEGATIVE SPACE

A dark, raw downtown Los Angeles loft built to match the original studio. It is the only room in the entire building that is not white.

Scans, press pages, sample sheets, and lookbook plates from 2011–2020. Nothing was restored; evidence is not supposed to be.

The lounge exits east through the archive; the archive exits into the system. You reach what the studio is through what it was.

“We didn’t want to build an archive that felt like a memorial. Brashy was a complete world before Studio Super Intelligence existed. The archive hangs un-restored because proof has to carry its own scratches. You walk through the past to get into the system.”

Negative Space deploys The Art Professor’s Lens, a four-facet curatorial focus instrument derived from the HHG Cortex architecture. Open now inside negspc.intelligencematters.se.

Negative Space — The Art Professor's Lens deconstructs the void.
THE ART PROFESSOR’S LENS · FOUR-FACET CURATORIAL FOCUS INSTRUMENT · NEGATIVE SPACE

A real-time analytical apparatus inside Negative Space. Focusing on any artwork summons curatorial and technical disclosure across four distinct grips.

Genesis (curatorial lore), Synthesis (diffusion parameters & pigment print chemistry), Critique (formal semiotics & void ratio), and Receipts (accession history & patina).

Art does not exist in isolation from its technical disclosure.

Inside Negative Space, visitors no longer simply stare at images. Looking directly at any accessioned work unlocks The Small Glass HUD visor, sliding into view with the canonical aperture glyph. Pressing V expands the reading into The Big Glass seminar deck, inviting hotkey navigation through four rigorous analytical layers.

“Most digital spaces count you. We wanted to build one that remembers you. The building stays white and quiet; the work carries what you do to it, and so it carries everyone who has passed through.”

WIRE_2026-09-12 · THE GALLERY IS BEING MEASURED · 12 SEPTEMBER 2026 · LIVE REHANG

The security system caught the rehang

Negative Space is being fixed in public. An intern walks the white with a measure. Old works leave the wall for the professor. The camera does not blink.

Security still: intern in white shirt and pinstripe trousers holds both dirty gloves toward the camera.
SECURITY FEED · INTERN ON TAPE · WHITE CORNER

Tape. Ladder. Accession numbers. A body measuring the void as if the void had height.

Old accessions, not trash. Handed to The Art Professor’s Lens for reinterpretation — Genesis, Synthesis, Critique, Receipts waiting like four hungry rooms.

The institution did not close for maintenance. Visitors can walk through a sentence mid-rewrite.

This week the press plate is the security feed. An intern holds a work against white, marks a new height, lifts the previous one into a crate labeled for reinterpretation. Not vandalism. Paperwork with a pulse. The camera archives the exact second an object stops being sacred and becomes material again.

The object leaves the wall so the wall can learn a new sentence.
